Shipping rates

Cost of Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia. For orders under $150, a flat fee of $15 will apply. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Your Order All orders are processed at our Melbourne warehouse from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually on the same or next business day after receiving payment. During busy sales periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Please note that processing times are an estimate and not a guaranteed dispatch time.

If any items in your order are unavailable, we’ll contact you via email or phone to discuss how you’d like to proceed.

Shipping Your Order We use Australia Post eParcel for deliveries, which includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive the parcel. For oversized items, we may use a different freight service, and you will be informed if this happens. If no one is home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a card with details for parcel collection at your nearest post office.
