Delivery and Returns Policy

Cost of Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within Australia. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $15 applies. Currently, we do not ship internationally. For assistance with purchasing outside Australia, please refer to the section on “International Customers” below.

Processing Your Order

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at our Melbourne warehouse. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, typically on the same or next business day after payment is received. During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 working days. Please note, these times are an estimate and not guaranteed dispatch times.

If any items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

Shipping Your Order

 We ship most orders via Australia Post eParcel, which includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post will leave a card with collection details for your nearest post office. For larger items, we may use a different courier, and you will be informed accordingly.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery to major cities (Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Tasmania) usually takes 3-5 working days. Other locations may take 5-7 working days, with more remote areas potentially taking longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or payment processing.

International Customers

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are happy to assist international customers on a case-by-case basis. Please Contact Us for more information.

Returns Policy Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

We understand online shopping can be tricky, especially when it comes to colours and designs. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to different computer monitors. You can return or exchange any full-priced item within 10 days of purchase. Discounted items are eligible for exchange only, within 10 days. All items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and include tags and your invoice.

For exchanges, a $15 flat postage fee applies. Original postage costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Return Instructions

Please email us at sales@mcneil.com.au with your name, order number, and reason for return. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
