Please note:

Warranty support covers manufacturing faults or faulty workmanship only, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost, damaged or replacement parts due to misuse are not covered under warranty and will incur a $20 replacement fee.

If your electric blanket is outside of warranty, selected replacement parts may still be available.

Electric Blanket Safety Information

All electric blankets sold in Australia must comply with strict Australian safety standards.

To help keep you safe, please follow the below guidelines.

Safe Use Guidelines

Do

✔ Plug controllers directly into a wall socket

✔ Always read and follow the product instructions

✔ Use as an under blanket only unless specifically designed otherwise

✔ Always switch off and unplug after use

Don't

✘ Do not use power boards, timers, extension cords or adaptors

✘ Do not use with adjustable beds, electric beds or waterbeds

✘ Never fold, crease or tuck under the mattress

✘ Do not place clothes or heavy items on top when switched on

✘ Do not use when wet or damp

✘ Not suitable for babies, pets, or anyone sensitive to heat

Electric Blanket Care

To keep your blanket in good condition:

Only wash if care instructions indicate it is washable

Never dry clean unless stated by the manufacturer

Roll for storage - do not fold

Check yearly for wear or damage

Inspect cords and controllers for signs of wear

Test your blanket before winter use

Smooth out wrinkles and creases before use

Turn off before getting into bed

Do not leave switched on overnight

If your electric blanket is damaged or more than 3 years old, replacement is recommended.

Heated Throw Safety Information

Jason heated throws are designed for warmth and comfort, but should always be used safely.

Safe Use Guidelines

Do:

✔ Use as an over blanket only

✔ Remove controller before washing

✔ Follow care instructions carefully

✔ Roll gently for storage

Don't:

✘ Do not use in bed or sleep while using

✘ Do not use folded, bunched or creased

✘ Do not cover the controller during use

✘ Do not use when wet or damp

✘ Not suitable for babies, pets, or people sensitive to heat

✘ Do not fold during storage as this may damage the internal wiring

If your heated throw is damaged or more than 3 years old, replacement is recommended.
