Cost of delivery

Free shipping is available for any single order exceeding $100 within Australia. A flat rate delivery fee of $13 is charged on orders under $100 within Australia. We currently do not ship internationally. For more information on acquiring our products outside of Australia, please see below paragraph entitled “International Customers”.

Processing your order and availability

Orders are processed at our warehouse in Melbourne, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as soon as possible – typically, orders are processed on the same or following working day of order placement and receipt of payment, however, during heavy sales periods processing may take up to 3 working days. Processing times are provided as a guide only. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

If we cannot source any of the items in your order, we will notify you via email or phone to confirm how you would like to proceed. We cannot be held responsible if our products are not available at a given point in time.

Shipping your order

We deliver orders via Australia Post eParcel, a service which provides electronic tracking and the security of signature on delivery. We, therefore, recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If your order includes any oversized items, we may elect to send your order via one of our freight services (of which you will be advised). If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left to let you know at which local Australia Post outlet your parcel is available for collection.

All orders require a signature on receipt of delivery. Once items have been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to redirect orders.

Delivery timeframe

Delivery to major cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Tasmania usually arrives within 3-5 working days. Other cities and locations will usually arrive within 5-7 working days. More remote interstate locations may experience extended delivery timeframes. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorisation or reliance on external freight services. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

International customers

Products sold online are those which have been created for the Australian market. Due to the variations in standard sizes between countries we are not shipping internationally at this time, however, we're happy to assist international customers where possible on a one on one basis. Returns policy

Our returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, particularly when colour and design are so important. Due to different computer monitors, colours may slightly vary. Exchanges and returns on any full-priced item purchased online with us must be within 10 days of purchase. Discounted items are eligible for exchange only within 10 days of purchase. Requested exchange items are subject to availability. All returns must be unused and unwashed, in original packaging and/or with tags attached and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.

Our $13 flat rate postage & handling charge is payable on all exchanges. Original postage and handling costs are non-refundable and the costs associated with making a return are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is a result of some fault on our part.

Return instructions

Visit the Contact Us page and submit an enquiry regarding 'Returns' with your order number and details of what you would like to return or exchange. Once your enquiry has been received, a returns authority will be issued.

Complete the 'Returns Authorisation' form enclosed with your order and pack with the products and invoice securely for return.
For your security we recommend that you use an insured or tracked parcel service for your return as we cannot accept responsibility for products that we do not ship. Please retain a copy of this information.

We will send confirmation via email once your return or exchange has been received and processed. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment that was originally used for the purchase.
